2011-2012 Student Registration

Registration materials for returning students will be sent home beginning the week of April 25, 2011.

All new and returning students must complete the registration process each year they will attend District 10.

Your child/children are not enrolled for the 2011-2012 school year until all appropriate forms are returned and fees paid.

Option 1: Drop off completed forms at your child's school through Friday, May 6.

Parents can bring proof of residency as well as completed registration forms to their child's school during normal business hours.

Option 2: Drop off completed forms at the District 10 Administrative Center.

Please note that Transportation Registration Forms received after May 6, 2011 for students requiring bus service will not be confirmed for up to two weeks after the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year.
