Leadership Council
Peacock Middle School School School Improvement Plan (SIP)

The governance of Peacock Jr. High School as well as its process of internal review is conducted through our building’s Leadership Council that consists of grade level team leaders, student leaders, community members, and the principal. The Council reviews scheduling issues, assembly protocol, student behavior expectations, community involvement opportunities, and discipline procedures. Leaders bring concerns expressed at team meetings, Principal Coffees and other community forums, and Student Council meetings to the Leadership Council for discussion. Resolutions and responses to concerns are reached through consensus agreement and are subsequently disseminated by leaders to their respective groups. The Council provides a meaningful voice for all of Peacock’s constituents.

Leadership Council agendas and minutes as well as grade level team minutes are also included in this plan.
