Science Class Rules
Mrs. Krefetz, Grade 8 Science
Peacock Middle School

1. Come to class prepared with all necessary books, paper, pens, and completed homework.

2. Never interrupt a person when they are speaking. Raise your hand when you want to talk.

3. No name calling, profanity, teasing, or fighting. If there is a problem, please talk to a teacher; we are here to help you.

4. Make sure you are seated in the classroom, and ready to begin when the teacher is ready to begin class..

5. Permission must be given by the teacher before you leave the classroom for ANY reason.

Consequences For Not Following Rules

1st - - Warning
2nd - - Warning
3rd - - Parent contact
4th - - Principal/Office contact (Detention - depending on infraztion 30 minutes to 2 hours)

An automatic 2 hour detention will be given for any inappropriate behavior while students are working with such materials/equipment as: Busen burners, acid, scalpels, boiling water, glassware, or for inappropriate behavior while on a field trip, or disrespect to a substitute.

REMEMBER: RESPECT and PATIENCE for each other.
