SPECIAL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING MINUTES

 

April 4, 2007

 

The purpose of the special Board of Education meeting was to review the performance of the Superintendent.

 

I.           President Powers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the following ROLL CALL:

Mrs. Nancy DiCiolla                                         

Mr. Fred Maier

Mr. James McCann                                          

Mrs. Maureen McDonald                                

Mrs. Debbi Pawinski

Mrs. Rose Zelenka

 

Also present:

              Dr. Kenneth Cull, Superintendent of Schools

             

Mr. Powers led everyone present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

II.          A motion was made by Mr. Maier and seconded by Mr. McCann that the Board of Education enter a closed session for the purpose of reviewing the performance of the Superintendent. The motion carried on the following ROLL CALL VOTE:

              The Board entered a closed session at 7:15 p.m.

 

A motion was made by Mr. Powers and seconded by Mr. Maier that the Board of Education return to open session. The motion carried on the following ROLL CALL VOTE:

The Board returned to open session at 9:15 p.m.

 

President Powers stated that while in closed session, members of the Board of Education had reviewed the performance of the Superintendent and no action was taken.

 

 

III.         There being no further business, President Powers adjourned the meeting at 9:20 p.m.
