SPECIAL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

April 6, 2006

 

The purpose of the special Board of Education meeting was to review the performance of the Superintendent.

 

I.              President Powers called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. with the following ROLL CALL:

Mr. McCann

Mrs. McDonald

Mrs. Pawinski                                  

Mr. Powers

Mrs. Zelenka

 

Also Present:

 

Dr. Kenneth Cull, Superintendent of Schools

 

Mr. Powers led everyone present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

II.      A motion was made by Mrs. DiCiolla and seconded by Mr. Maier that the Board of Education enter a closed session for the purpose of reviewing the performance of the Superintendent. The motion carried on the following ROLL CALL VOTE

         Mr. Maier

         Mr. Powers

         Mrs. McDonald

         Mrs. Zelenka

         Mrs. Pawinski

         Mrs. DiCiolla

         Mr. McCann

 

         The Board entered a closed session at 6:41 p.m.

 

A motion was made by Mr. McCann. and seconded by Mr. Maier.that the Board of Education return to open session. The motion carried on the following ROLL CALL VOTE:

The board returned to open session at 9:36 p.m.

 

President Powers stated that while in closed session, members of the Board of Education had reviewed the performance of the Superintendent and no action was taken.

 

III.     There being no further business, President Powers adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m.
