       The Itasca School District #10 Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Monday, December 5, 2005, 6:00 P.M. at the Itasca School District Administrative Office, 200 North Maple Street, Itasca, Illinois 60143.

       The purpose of the special meeting will be to discuss the employment and compensation of a specific employee.
