The purpose of the special meeting was to evaluate the Superintendent.
I. President Nolte called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the following ROLL CALL:

II. A motion was made by Mr. Powers and seconded by Mr. Hervas that the Board of Education enter a closed session for the purpose of discussing personnel. The motion passed on the following ROLL CALL VOTE:

The board entered a closed session at 7:04 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Powers and seconded by Mrs. DiCiolla to return to open session. The motion carried on the following ROLL CALL VOTE:

The board returned to open session at 9:18 p.m.
President Nolte stated that while in closed session, the board had discussed personnel and no action was taken.
III. There being no further business, President Nolte adjourned the meeting at 9:20 p.m.
