SPECIAL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING
June 7, 2004

The purpose of the special Board of Education meeting was to interview and select a Board of Education member to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Dennis Torii.

I. Call to order, roll call, and Pledge of Allegiance -

President Nolte called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the following ROLL CALL:

Also Present:

Mrs. Catherine Seger, Recorder

Mrs. Nolte led everyone present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

II. Four candidates were interviewed by members of the Board of Education:

Mr. Tony Cimaglia – 7:00 p.m.
Mrs. Nancy DiCiolla – 7:30 p.m.
Mrs. Debbie Pawinski – 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Sue Lattoria – 8:30 p.m.

Following the interviews, the Board of Education discussed the candidates and the decision was made to appoint Mrs. Nancy DiCiolla.

III. There being no further business, President Nolte adjourned the meeting at 10:20 p.m.
