I. Call to order, roll call, and Pledge of Allegiance

The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Nolte, President, at 6:35 P.M. with the following ROLL CALL:

II. Pledge of Allegiance – President Nolte led all in the Pledge to the Flag.

III. Welcome to Visitors – Mrs. Nolte welcomed all to the meeting.

IV. Review and Revision of Mission Statement

Members of the board and administrators reviewed the Mission Statement for the 2004-2005 school year. A discussion ensued.

V. Review and Revision of Goals

Members of the Board of Education and administration reviewed and discussed each goal making some changes and revisions along the way.

No action was taken. A copy of the revised Mission Statement and Goals is attached to these minutes.

VI. Adjournment - There being no further business, the special meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. by Mrs. Nolte, President.
