III. President Nolte turned the meeting over to Superintendent Cull.
Dr. Cull introduced representatives from Johnson Controls and Keter Air Quality.

The Johnson Controls representatives gave a power point presentation on the HVAC issues that are potential concerns to District #10. Discussion ensued.

The representative from Keter discussed the air quality of the three buildings and answered questions from members of the Board of Education. The air quality in all three buildings is good.

A lengthy discussion ensued with Johnson Controls’ representatives and members of the Board of Education. Members of the Board of Education raised many questions and concerns regarding these issues.
Following the discussion, it was determined that additional time was necessary to pursue issues involved in the resolution of these potential HVAC problems such as phasing the project, researching what was occurring in other districts that had been soundproofed, and financing the project.

This topic will be further discussed following this special meeting at the regular Board of Education meeting.

IV. There being no further business, President Nolte adjourned the special
meeting at 7:30 p.m.
