MINUTES OF THE MAY 30, 2000 SPECIAL SALARY COMMITTEE MEETING

A Board of Education Salary Committee Meeting was held on Tuesday, May 30th, 2000, 6:30 p.m. in the Itasca School District #10 Administrative Office, 200 North Maple Street, Itasca, IL.

I. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by chairperson, Chuck Hervas, with the following roll call:

Also present:

Glenn Acksel, Superintendent of Schools
Catherine Seger, Recording Secretary

The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

II. Visitors were welcomed to the meeting.

III. Discussion ensured regarding support personnel salaries.

Members of the committee reviewed current salaries as well as salaries in the feeder district. Further discussion continued and a recommendation was finalized. This recommendation in the amount of $42,800 for Educational Support Personnel will be presented at the regular June Board of Education meeting.

Administrative salaries including the Technology Director were then discussed. The superintendent reviewed current and feeder district salaries with members of the committee. A recommendation will be made at the June Board of Education meeting in the amount of $22,716 for salaries excluding the Technology Director.

IV. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
